Mozilla Lightning 0.1 Released
From the mozillazine website:
The Calendar team is proud to announce the first official release of the new Lightning extension: Lightning 0.1 for Windows, Linux and Mac OS X. This is a major milestone on the road to an integrated calendar for users of the award-winning mail-client Mozilla Thunderbird 1.5.
What is Mozilla Calendar?
We are striving to build a cross-platform fully standards based calendar client based on the open iCal standard. Our client is built using the XUL user interface language and is targeted at Mozilla-based browsers, including Mozilla Firefox, Mozilla Thunderbird, Seamonkey and the Mozilla Application Suite.
